Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies

By using CBNCloud services, you agree to all applicable terms. Violations may result in service termination. CBNCloud reserves the right to modify its policies at any time and to take action against any misuse, including illegal or unlegal.

Introduction

The Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies (“Terms of Service”) are fundamental to your relationship with CBNCloud. By using the services of PT Cyberindo Mega Persada or CBNCloud, you agree to all the Terms and Service Policies set forth in this document.

 

The services are provided to legitimate organizations (referred to in this document as “Customers” or “You”). By using CBNCloud’s services, you agree to comply with all Terms of Service. If you do not wish to comply with these Terms of Service, we kindly request that you promptly process the cancellation of your CBNCloud service account.

 

Users and Customers of the services provided by CBNCloud must accept the Terms of Service outlined below:

  1. You shall indemnify, keep us indemnified, and hold us harmless from and against any claims brought against us by third parties as a result of your breach or misuse of the Services provided to you by us. 

  2. If you violate any Term of Service and fail to remedy it within three (3) days after receiving written notice from us specifying the breach, we may terminate this Agreement immediately. 

 

Changes

CBNCloud reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service in any form at any time. Continued use of the services after such changes will be considered as acceptance of the modifications. If you do not wish to continue using our services due to these changes, CBNCloud kindly requests that you submit a request to terminate your use of CBNCloud services.

 

Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all employees, agents, and customers using CBNCloud services. In other words, any violation of the Terms of Service by someone using your account will be considered a violation by you.

 

Term

The services are available for as long as you wish to use them. We also reserve the right to terminate services if they are used in a manner that violates the terms of use.

 

Customer Service Abuse

  1. CBNCloud has zero tolerance for the use of services that support, provoke, or facilitate activities that violate applicable laws or policies. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: gambling, unauthorized mass messaging (spamming), phishing, and cryptocurrency mining.

  2. In accordance with the policy above, CBNCloud is explicitly not responsible for the customer’s service environment used for illegal or policy-violating purposes.

  3. CBNCloud reserves the right to temporarily suspend service access unilaterally for any server IP identified as misusing the services mentioned above, if no corrective action is taken by the customer after three (3) warnings.

  4. CBNCloud will reactivate customer service access once the necessary corrections have been made by the customer.

  5. CBNCloud reserves the right to permanently terminate service access unilaterally for any server IP identified as misusing the services mentioned above if no corrective action is taken by the customer within seven (7) days from the start of the temporary service suspension.
